When you unplug your car radio or the car battery, then next time you plug everything in your car radio might be blocked. It asks for a code.

Many web sites offer to give the code for a payment (by calling a tax-phone number for instance, or by electronic payment). Or you can ask your garagist who will charge you about 50$ for that. Here it is FREE.
